Live on Zoom · Replays the same evening

You are not using one percent of it. You are using one hundred percent of one feature.

You are the strategist, the marketing, the closer, the fixer and the final say. Your team can execute. Nothing actually moves until you look at it, and you know exactly what that costs you in hours every week.

You already pay for ChatGPT or Claude. Here is what that looks like on a Tuesday. You open the tab, paste an email, type "make this more professional", copy the answer back out, paste it where it needs to go, and tomorrow you do the entire thing again from the top. That is a tool running at the speed of your hands.

People call that using one percent of it. I am not going to put a number on it, because the number is not the point and neither of us can check it. The shape is the point. The feature you are using is answering. A question gets you an answer. A job gets done while you are asleep.

Copying and pasting into a chat window is not building an employee.

Picture the other arrangement. The follow ups go out without you remembering to send them. The report you keep meaning to pull is already in your inbox on Monday morning, written. The repeatable work that eats your best hours is finished before you sit down, which means your best hours go to the decisions only you can make. The calendar lightens first. The revenue comes along behind it.

That gap is the whole reason these three sessions exist.

So what is an AI employee, actually

An AI employee is a model that has been given four things: a job, a set of instructions written in your voice, access to the data that job needs, and somewhere to put the output. You babysit a prompt. You brief an employee, and then you go and do something else.

Everyone is saying "AI employee" this year. Almost none of what I have seen is being taught by someone running their own operation on them. Most of it is a deck of use cases by department and a folder of prompts, which is a description of the possible rather than a picture of the working.

Here is my position, stated plainly so you can weigh it yourself. Twenty years of direct response craft, and close to $100M in client sales across fitness, the creator economy, speaking authority and wealth. I did not build any of this because I wanted something to teach. I built it because the campaigns kept getting bigger and the week never got longer.

There is at least one job inside every operation that should never be handed over. I name mine on day two, and the reason I name it is most of what day two is about.

A seat on the team

Where the hours actually go back

Marketing

Reads the top performing posts in your niche overnight

This week's angles are waiting before your first coffee.

Sales

Researches every lead before the call

And writes the follow up after it, so your evenings stop being admin.

Operations

Watches the workflows

Flags what is stuck before anyone thinks to report it, which is usually the Friday you lose.

Finance

Reconciles and categorizes overnight

The report is written before you think to ask for it, so month end stops costing you a Sunday.

People

Screens applicants against your real criteria

And drafts the onboarding, which is the week that normally disappears.

Your actual life

Plans the meals, fills the cart, books the table and maps the trip

Before you have opened a single tab.

Before you decide, here is what this is not

  • This is not a webinar that turns into a pitch at minute seventy of session three.
  • This is not a deck of AI use cases sorted by department.
  • This is not a prompt pack.
  • This is not a screenshot of a dashboard with sample data in it.
  • This is not a revenue claim. I am not going to make one and I am not going to show you one.
  • This is not breakout rooms.
  • This is not a hands on build along where you construct an entire AI team in two hundred and seventy minutes.

Here is what it is. Three sessions where a working operation is on the screen the whole time, where one employee gets built in front of you from a blank page, and where you leave the third one with two of them running in your business the same day.

You may be wondering why this is three paid sessions instead of a free webinar with a pitch at the end. Straight answer. I would rather charge for the room than sell you from inside it. And here is the part I will say out loud rather than let you work out at minute seventy: if this works for you, I want you in Hustle System afterward. That is my interest in this and you should know it going in.

Two ways to absorb more work

The old way

  • The work grows, so you add a person.
  • The business cannot move faster than your calendar.
  • Your best hours go to admin and your worst hours go to the work that matters.
  • You bought back money and paid for it in time.

The new way

  • The work grows, so you write one job description and the work holds.
  • It runs on the days you are not in the room.
  • Your best hours go to the decisions only you can make.
  • You get the hours back first, and the money arrives behind them.

The first deliverable is hours back. The revenue arrives behind them.

Mikhail

Founder, Hustle System · Austin, TX

Twenty years ago I started writing direct response. The craft is simple to describe and brutal to do well. Find what a person already wants, put it in front of them in an order they can follow, and then count what happens and be honest about the count.

Over those twenty years those campaigns added up to close to $100M in sales for clients across fitness, the creator economy, speaking authority and wealth. Here is the part that does not go on a slide. Every one of those dollars was bought with hours. The playbooks compounded and my week did not. A campaign that worked paid better than a campaign that failed, and it cost almost exactly the same amount of my life.

The playbooks compound. The week does not. That is the actual problem an AI employee solves.

Then I noticed I had been using the most capable tool on my desk as a search bar with better manners. Not because I was behind. Because nobody had ever given the thing a job.

What changed was not the prompt and it was not the model. What changed was that I stopped asking questions and started writing job descriptions.

Which means you can stop paying for the work you got good at with the hours you actually wanted. That is the whole offer, and the three sessions are just the fastest honest route to it.

This is how it is actually wired

An org chart is a photograph of a mechanism. You see which jobs sit next to which, which ones a human still owns, and which ones stopped needing one. The shape is here. The detail is on day one, because the detail is the part you cannot get from a picture.

Who this is built for

This is for the founder or operator with a small team who is about to make another hire.

You can feel the tension between the growth and the headcount. You want the hours back, not more of them. And you have started to suspect there is a version of this business that runs better with a sharper team than a bigger one.

That tension is what the three sessions were built around. If your team comes with you they will get more out of it, and you do not need them there to use any of it.

It is a bad fit if the work you want handed over is physical, or if it depends on a judgment call that changes every time and you could not write down the rule. Some work should stay with a person. I am saying it here so you do not pay $997 and find out on day two.

Three sessions. Here is exactly what happens in each.

See it running, on my screen

Day one is my screen for ninety minutes. Not a case study and not a slide about what is possible. The actual operation, the actual employees inside it, and which human still sits next to which job.

You will see what a marketing function looks like when one person runs AI employees instead of managing people. What client follow up looks like when the follow ups go out, the quiet accounts get flagged, and nobody had to remember any of it. What the reporting looks like when the numbers are written before anyone thinks to ask for them.

You leave day one seeing your own week differently. The question stops being how do I manage all of this and starts being which of these hours should never have been mine.

See it in businesses shaped like yours

Day one is my business. Day two is everybody else's, because the first thing every founder thinks watching someone else's screen is "sure, but my industry is different."

I do not know your industry. I know your inbox. Every business on earth has the same four jobs hiding inside it. Somebody answers the same handful of questions. Somebody chases the people who did not reply. Somebody turns a call into a document. Somebody checks whether the last thing actually happened. Those four are what we take apart on day two, and the industry sits on top of them.

Then you watch one get built from a blank page. Start to finish, including the part where the first version comes back wrong and I show you what I change. This is also where I name the one job in my own operation that should not be handed over, and why.

You leave with two of them running

Day three is where this stops being something you watched.

You leave with two AI employees already working. The Site Audit employee and the Market Read employee. Each one does a single job properly and does it without you managing it, and you can point both at your own business the same afternoon.

We also go deep on connectors, which is the part that turns something clever in a chat window into something that works inside the tools you already open every day. Your calendar, your inbox, your CRM, your spreadsheets, your own data. That is the difference between a tool that hands you an answer and an employee that finishes the job.

Your first two hires that do not need a laptop

Two hires, one job each

Handed over day three

The Site Audit employee

Point it at your site and it comes back with where the traffic is leaking, which pages are doing the leaking, and what to fix first in the order that matters. The job it takes off you is the one you keep pushing to next month because it needs a clear afternoon and you have not had one.

You watch it working inside other businesses on day two. You aim it at your own on day three.

Leave with two running in yours

Handed over day three

The Market Read employee

Point it at your market and it comes back with who your ideal customer actually is in their own words, what your competitors are currently saying, and where they have left a gap you could walk straight into.

It reads for as long as it needs to. You read the summary. That trade is the entire point.

Both are single job employees, which is deliberate. One job done properly without supervision beats five jobs done almost well enough with you checking every one of them.

The Cohort Thread

  • When something comes back wrong at 9pm you have somewhere to put it that is not a support ticket.
  • Post what worked. Take what someone else already solved.
Your next hire is in a tab you pay for

What changed for the people who did this

Proof for a first cohort does not exist yet, and I am not going to borrow anyone else's. This is where it goes after the first room runs, and it will be their words, their names and their numbers, not mine.

Pick the number yourself and I will do the arithmetic. Say the repeatable work takes four hours of your week. Four hours a week is two hundred hours a year. Two hundred hours is twenty five working days, and they do not arrive as a holiday. They arrive one Tuesday afternoon at a time, out of the part of the week you were keeping for the work only you can do.

If your real number is six, it is thirty seven and a half days. The build is $997, then $197 a month.

One seat. Two employees.

$997 to build the two AI employees with you, then $197 a month to keep them running and improving.

Build, then monthly care

The AI Employee Build

$997to build, then $197 a month

We build two AI employees inside your business, hand them over working, then keep them running and improving every month.

  • Three live 90 minute build sessions with Mikhail
  • Kick off call the day before session 1, so you arrive set up instead of setting up
  • The Cohort Thread, private access to the other operators running this build the same week
  • Two AI employees handed over working on day three: the Site Audit employee and the Market Read employee
  • Replays the same evening
  • Every month after that, we keep both employees running and improving for $197 a month

The honest comparison is between this and the first month of the person you were about to hire, which arrives with a ramp attached and cannot be replayed.

Sit through session one. Decide that same night.

Session oneSame day window

Come to session one live on Tuesday, Oct. 13. Do the work alongside us for the full ninety minutes.

If it has not changed what you were going to do on Wednesday, reply to your welcome email by 11:59 PM CT that same night and we refund you in full.

Keep the kick off call and keep the session one replay. I am not taking those back, that would be a strange thing to do.

That is a same day window, and it closes before sessions two and three are delivered. It is not a 30 day money back guarantee and I am not going to badge it as one. It is built this way on purpose, because the people who show up live are the people this works for, and the guarantee is the thing that gets you in the chair.

Before you book

What people ask before they book

How long does this take?
Three live sessions, 90 minutes each, on Oct. 13, Oct. 15 and Oct. 20, plus a kick off call the day before the first one. Two hundred and seventy minutes of sessions in total, spread across eight days so you get a working week between each one. Replays go out the same evening, so if something comes up you have not lost the session.
Do I need to be technical?

No, and I want to be precise about why rather than just reassuring you. There is no code, nothing to install and no engineer required. Most of these tools were built by people who write software for a living, and the interfaces show it, which is a design decision rather than a failing on your part.

Here is the actual skill required. If you can write a job description for a person, you can do this. That is not a figure of speech. Session one is largely writing a job description, and the job description is the build.

Do I build these, or are they done for me?

Both, in different places, and I would rather be clear than generous here.

On day two you watch one get built from a blank page, including the part where the first version comes back wrong. On day three you are handed two finished employees you can point at your own business the same afternoon.

What this is not is a hands on build along where you construct your entire AI team across three sessions. That is a longer program and it is a different price. Three sessions gets you seeing the thing clearly and two employees actually working, which is a fair trade for two hundred and seventy minutes.

I already use AI every day. Is this still for me?

Especially you, and that is not a sales answer.

Using it and employing it are different verbs. One of them ends when you close the tab. If your current routine is opening a tab, pasting something in, typing an instruction and copying the answer back out, you have the manual version running at the speed of your hands.

I am not going to explain the difference in a paragraph. It is the thing you watch happen on day one.

What if I cannot attend live?

Replays land the same evening.

Two things do not survive a recording. The part where something gets built in response to what somebody asks in the chat, and the part on day three where the two employees get handed over and pointed at real businesses while everyone is still in the room. If you can only make one, make day three.

Also worth knowing before you plan around the replay. The refund window in the guarantee requires you to be at session one live.

Will this work for my industry?

Day two is built around exactly this question. We go inside businesses that look nothing like each other and the same four jobs keep surfacing, which is the whole reason the approach travels. The specifics change every time. The shape does not.

Where it genuinely does not work yet is physical work, and judgment calls where the rule changes every time and you could not write it down. If that is the bulk of what you wanted handed over, you should know now.

How is this different from every other AI training?

Most of what I have sat through is somebody teaching you prompts from a slide. The screen is a deck.

Here the screen is an operation. You see the jobs that were handed over and the one that got handed back, what broke on the way, and what I changed to fix it. I am not teaching this from theory. I am showing you the thing I actually run on, which is a different kind of nervous for me and a different kind of useful for you.

The other difference is the unit. Most of this market sells you revenue. The first deliverable here is hours, and the revenue arrives behind them.

What about my private data?

There is a hard line between what an AI employee can see and what it cannot, and drawing that line correctly is part of what gets taught rather than an afterthought.

Business systems on one side, your personal world on the other. Inside the business, each employee only sees what its own job requires. A sales employee has no reason to see your finances, so it does not.

You will set these boundaries yourself on day three, on your own accounts, which means nobody at Hustle System needs access to anything of yours for this to work.

I am already inside Hustle System. Is this different?

Yes, and here is how the pieces sit together so it does not look like the same thing sold twice.

Hustle System VIP is the monthly room and the vault, the skill library and the agent library. It is ongoing. The AI Employee Build is a live build with a start date, built around watching a working operation and walking out with two employees running. The $197 a month after it keeps those two running and improving.

Is $997 worth it for three sessions?

Wrong denominator, and I say that as somebody who has spent twenty years watching people pick the wrong one.

Do not price this against three sessions. Price it against the next four hours of repeatable work you were going to do personally, this week, for the eleventh week running. Then price it against what you already pay every month for the tools you are using at a fraction of capacity.

If the room gives you back one afternoon a week and it holds, the arithmetic stopped being close somewhere in the first month. If it gives you back nothing, the guarantee exists for exactly that, and it closes at midnight on day one so you do not have to think about it for long.

Put me in the room

Live on Zoom · Replays the same evening · Refund window closes 11:59 PM CT on Oct. 13

P.S.If you only read one thing on this page, read this. Three live 90 minute sessions on Oct. 13, Oct. 15 and Oct. 20. On day three you leave with two AI employees running in your business. $997 to build, then $197 a month to keep both employees running and improving.

P.P.S.The reason session one carries the refund window and sessions two and three do not is that live attendance is the whole mechanism. You cannot ask a question in a replay and you cannot get something built in response to it. That is not a policy written to be clever. It is the actual shape of the thing.

P.P.P.S.The person you are about to hire is going to ask you what the process is in their first week. You do not have one written down yet. That is session one.
